November 3 makeup and full retake: questions and points
Updated November 1: Scheme F · 17 questions covering all 14 topics. This replaces the earlier plan for November 3.
- ALEKS questions
- 17
- Available points
- 20
- Verified points to pass
- 14
Passing requires at least 70% of the available points: 14 of 20 verified points.
Each question earns its listed points only when Mr. Jackson validates both a correct answer and sufficient matching handwritten mathematical work produced independently during that same test.
A correct answer without sufficient matching handwritten work earns 0 verified points.

Required written evidence for ELO C1
ELO Test Prep shows students and families the handwritten mathematical work required to earn credit on ELO tests.
Materials are organized by ELO and topic. For each published topic, the worked models show the essential mathematical steps, their logical sequence, and the level of detail students must demonstrate when solving that type of problem.
Students must produce this required written evidence independently during the test.
To earn credit for a test question, students must provide a correct answer supported by their own handwritten mathematical work from that same test attempt.
The work must:
- Clearly identify the problem.
- Show the essential mathematical steps correctly and in a logical order.
- Include the details needed to check the reasoning.
- Support the answer and be readable.
A correct answer without sufficient written evidence earns no verified points. Students must earn at least 70% of the available test points this way to master the ELO.
Other valid mathematical methods are accepted when they meet the same evidence standard.
