There is no answer box and nothing to submit here. Read the prompt, say or write your prediction, then use the green button to reveal one step.

  1. Point → ray: Handout 1, front, columns 1 and 2. Compare “exactly” with “at least.”
  2. AND · both: Handout 1, front, column 3. Keep times that meet both water conditions.
  3. OR · either: Handout 2, front. Keep times that meet either water condition.
  4. Ryan on paper: Choose a condition from the back of Handout 1 or 2. Write and graph first; reveal steps when ready to check.

One click, one complete step. Steps never advance automatically. Back hides the newest step. Choosing another section or condition resets the worked answer.

Review the written steps: open this panel beside the finished graph to see the algebra again.

Check a time. Explain why. The solution is already shown. Choose a time button or move the slider to see the substitution. Use the output and the original condition to explain why that time works or does not. The amber ring marks your test point; blue shows the full solution. Times between ticks count too.

Paper pause covers the worked answers and shows the current paper task. Return to the same step when ready.

Motion changes visual emphasis only. No animation gives the same complete mathematics immediately. Replay emphasis repeats the current emphasis without advancing. Changing browser tabs never pauses future steps.

Full screen uses your browser’s full-screen feature when available. Escape exits full screen or closes a dialog. Keyboard: Tab between controls, Enter or Space to activate; arrow keys operate a focused slider. Away from controls, ← / → change steps and R replays emphasis.

These are the two selected student surfaces: Handout 1 v0.5 and Handout 2 Series 2 v0.1. This learning companion does not add assessment requirements.
